Meet Our Owner

  
Mike Toler - Owner/President

Mike Toler started his automotive career in 1984 at Brown Ford in Washington, NC as a salesperson.  Working his way up the ranks, Mike later became the Finance Manager at Action Oldsmobile Toyota and quickly advanced to the Sales Manager position.  In 1990, Mike joined Lee Chevrolet starting in the Finance office and then moving into the General Sales Manager position.  In 1998, Mike moved here to Morehead City where he joined Kurtis Chevrolet as the General Manager and later became a partner in that business in 2002.  In December of 2007, Mike Toler purchased the local Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram store and Mike Toler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was born.


Meet our Sales & Office Staff

Kevin McCarthy - Certified Master Sales Consultant - kevin@miketoler.com
Kevin has been with the dealership since 2005.  Kevin’s goal is “to treat every customer and their family the same way that I would want someone to treat me”.  His vision is to build a solid base of lifetime customers.  If you spend time with Kevin, you will see that his behaviors are true to his words.  When Kevin is not at the dealership, you can find him spending time with his lovely wife Nikki and daughter Leanna.

  

Kevin Castleton – Certified Sales Consultant - kevinc@miketoler.com
Kevin has been in automobile sales for over 20 years.  Because he enjoys people and has a love for automobiles, he has a unique ability to put customers at ease and help them choose the right vehicle for their needs.  He is the proud father of 2 children, Katie & Parker.  When Kevin is not at the dealership, you can find him at spending time with his children or at Golds Gym.  

Alaina Gambardella – Certified Sales Consultant - alaina@miketoler.com
Alaina joined Team Toler in May 2008.  She is a Chrysler Academy Certified Sales Consultant and enjoys all aspects of her job.  She believes in being “straightforward and honest” and helping people find “the perfect vehicle”.  When Alaina is not at work, you can find her spending time on Wade Shore with husband Dave, son Rustyn and the rest of her family and friends.

Neal Rowland - Sales Consultant - neal@miketoler.com
We are excited to have Neal join Team Toler.  He comes to us having been the owner/operator of Cubbies in Beaufort for 11 years.  You may know him best as the creator of "Freedom Fries".  He has lived in Carteret County for 28 years and is married to his wife Angie and has a daughter Mary Neal.  He is the current Co-Chair of Ducks Unlimited and has been a local Board of Director for the Seafood Festival for 6 years.  When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and enjoys fishing and hunting.  Welcome Neal!


Sherrie Ferraro – Finance Director- sherrie@miketoler.com
Sherrie comes to the dealership with over 23 years of finance experience.  She enjoys researching the best finance terms for our customers and wants to be sure your finance experience is a good one.  When not at the dealership, you can find Sherrie spending time with her husband Vince and sons Chris & Tony.

Stephanie Bryant - Office Manager - stephanie@miketoler.com
Having been in the car business for more than 8 years, Stephanie brings a wealth of knowledge and experiencce to the dealership.  Stephanie also has experience in sales and finance making her a unique asset to the company due to her ability to understand all aspects of the daily operations of the dealership.  When not running the office or chasing down unpaid accounts, Stephanie enjoys spending time with husband Paul and daughter Emily.  The family enjoys both time on the boat and trips to see family in the mountains. 

Lisa Wagner- Assistant Office Manager - lisa@miketoler.com
Lisa has worked at the dealership for over 5 years now.  A very versatile member of Team Toler, Lisa splits her duties in the accounting office where she serves as title clerk and the finance office where she pitches as our backup Finance Manager.  When she is not hard at work at the dealership, Lisa is most likely to be found hanging out at the beach with husband Steve and daughters Taylor and Aleigh. 
  

Meet our Service & Parts Staff 

 
Justin Lewis - Service Manager
Justin has been in the automotive industry for over 6 years.  He has been an ASE certified Master Technician since 2007.  He was also a Certified Technician for Ford, Mazda and Suzuki as well as a Certified Specialist for Subaru & Toyota.  He has a very well rounded automotive background.  In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Rebecca and 3 children - Harper, Sydney & Jackson.

Edsel Davis  - Service Advisor                                  
Edsel has recently joined the Service Department as a Service Advisor.  He enjoys dealing with people and is looking forward to working with the staff here.  He enjoys spending time with his wife Toni and daughter Amanda.   Edsel is also an avid Golfer.

Mark Lewis - Service Advisor
Mark joined our Service Department after 8 years of service in law enforcement.  He is from the down east area of Carteret County and enjoys fishing, boating and spending time with family and friends.


Wayne Tatum - Parts Manager
Wayne has been working with the Chrysler group for the last 5 years and is the manager of the Parts Department.   When Wayne is not at work, he likes to travel and especially enjoys taking cruises with his wife Laurie.  Wayne is also a boat owner and enjoys both fresh water and salt water fishing when both time and weather permit.

Greg Lewis - Parts Advisor
Greg has 35+ years automotive parts experience.  He was born and raised in Carteret County.  He has 2 grandchildren and enjoys outside activities and the martial arts.

Barry Day - Parts Advisor
Barry has 19 years in experience in automotive parts.  He was born and raised in Morehead City.  In his spare time, he enjoys boating, fishing and spending time with family and friends.



MEET OUR TECHNICIANS

Mike Hutter - Shop Foreman
Mike has been with the Chrysler Group for 23 years - all at this location.  A Master Certified Technician, Mike is well versed in all vehicles, including the high performance Dodge Viper and the now defunct Plymouth Prowler.  When not hard at work in the Service Department, Mike enjoys Competitive Shooting and is an Assistant Instructor for a Concealed Carry Class.   He has also been a volunteer with the Newport Fire Department for the past 17 years as a State Certified EMT.  Mike also enjoys riding his Harley with wife Wanda on both charity rides and in the mountains of North Carolina.

 

Jason Haye - Techician
Jason comes to us with an Associate Degree in Automotive and Diesel Technology from Nashville Auto Diesel College.  He has extensive diesel experience with all makes of engines including Caterpillar, Cummins, Detroit, Nav-Star and Volvo.  In his downtime, Jason enjoys fishing, spending time with Mary and being in the kitchen cooking up new recipes.

 

Ryan Taylor - Techician
Ryan has been an automotive technician for more than 11 years.  In addition to specializing in all models of Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep products, Ryan is also fluent in Ford, Mitsubishi, Suzuki and Daewoo.  When he is not working on cars, Ryan enjoys hunting, fishing and boating with his daughter, Caitlyn.

Kenny Vincent – Technician         
Kenny has worked on various makes and models for more than 13 years, having spent the last 2 with Chrysler.  Kenny truly enjoys his work and can often be found in his free time learning more about new models that Chrysler is bringing to market as well as working on his own vehicles.  He enjoys spending time with Michele and daughter Caitlyn.  In the summer Kenny might often be found surfing.

Shane Bates - Technician
Shane joined Mike Toler CDJ in 2010 after moving his family from Charlotte.  He has been working on Chrysler automobiles for over 20 years and has been ASE and Chrysler certified for over 8 years.  He enjoys the outdoors and the beach and is the proud father of 3 children.
