OK, you've made your guess, it's our turn. Due to the location of the fuel cap, and the little indent in the upper right corner, we believe this to be a CJ-5. The predecessor to the Wrangler, the CJ series was initially the civilian version of the Willy's military Jeep during World War II. It was in production from 1954 to 1983
