The vehicle arrived sooner than expected, and the delivery process was quick, easy, and accommodating. We took our Jeep in for a problem we had with the car not starting all of a sudden and couldn't be more pleased with the great customer service we received. Zack was our representative and took wonderful care of us. Also must mention Elizabeth who came to our house in Emerald Isle to Shuttle us back to the dealership, she even offered to stop at the grocery store if we needed too, so good! Bought a 2018 Ram 1500 From another used dealer in my area. Shortly after the purchase the engine starter knocking, took it to the service department at Mike Toler Dodge to be evaluated. Turns out it needed to be replaced. They worked very closely with the warranty company that I bought from the other dealers.
Jason lily the service director and Larry my service advisor were great and they did everything possible to help make this repair go smoothly. In the end. There is no reason to look anywhere else to go to have your service done for any Chrysler Dodge Ram truck or jeep product that needs maintenance. Than Mike Toler Dodge Ram and Jason and Larry are the Best.to deal with.

They were extremely helpful, gave me a ride to work after I dropped my vehicle off with them, and even dropped it off to me! Very transparent every step of the way as well. I'm very impressed with their level of service and will continue bringing my Durango to them as long as they're around!
